The tsv files in this directory contain the consensus transcription factor
regulons (TF regulons) as presented in Garcia-Alonso 2018
(https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/06/03/337915).

The file labeled `all` contains all the interactions while the ones 
labeled `A`, `AB`, `ABC` or `ABCD` only those with confidence levels
A, A and B, A, B and C or A, B, C and D, respectively.
For column definitions see the header.
If more than one resource present in one category those are separated
by comma. If no resource present in a category the field is empty
string.
